Tholi Merupa | Karthik, Chinmayi | Chandrabose
Tholi Merupa is a melodic composition from Harris Jayraj. Karthik soulfully renders the lyrics along with Chinmayi, and her humming in the backdrop adds symphonic touch to the song and reminds us of AR Rehman’s ‘Yem Maya Chesave’ tune. But on the whole this song sounds very nice to ears. Chandrabose penned lyrics that are pertinent to the mood of the song.

Oke Kavyam.. | SP Balasubramanyam | Chandrabose
It’s another melodic song of the album and breezes along slowly with rhythmic beats. We could hear nice mix of Veena, keyboard and flute notes in between. SP Balu renders it rather easily as he has sung so many of songs like this before.
Chandravanka.. | Shakthisree Gopalan, Gopal Rao, Sathyan | Chandrabose
Even though the tune sounds very familiar, ‘Chandravanka’ is a pretty decent track with fresh voices of Gopal Rao and Shakthisree Gopalan. Gopal’s voice in particular has that base tinge which K J Yesudas has and his rendering resembles the legend’s voice note to note. Guitar and bell sounds were soothingly used in this song. Over all it’s a nice feel-good song.
Nuvva Nuvvaa.. | Vijay Prakash, Sowmya Mahadevan
Lively and foot tapping number this, undoubtedly the best song of the album in terms of energy levels. Vijay Prakash grooves his voice meticulously with the catchy tune given by the music director. This song has everything in it that a music lover of this generation yearns for. Chandrabose has also done a fantastic job in fitting it with lines that are high in literal meaning and youthful energy. This track surely wins a place among chartbusters with hands down.
Paalalle.. | Vijay Prakash, Karthik
Paalalle is a philosophical song about a girl and how she raises hopes of love in a man and ditches him eventually. It might be shot for a scene where in the protagonist sings out his state of despair and sense of betrayal when he misses out on his lady love. We can say that it is the exact opposite of “Magaallu vatti maayagaalle” song from ‘Golimar’ movie but with bit more seriousness in it. Chandrabose’s lyrics simply stand out, and both Karthik and Vijaya Prakash aptly infused right feel in to the song with their rendering.
Raakkaasi.. | Hariharan, Sriram, Megha
Hariharan’s vocals are the USP of this song. Sriram and Megha serve the fillers job. This song also has some nice lines written by Chandrabose, probably this album is his best work in recent times. The song composition has various dimensions in it; the melodic line that comes at the end of each Charanam is very soulful.
Varna (theme).. | Instumental

It’s the final track in the album. We hear some chorus and background music in it. The theme music best suits for war like scenes, so probably it might be used in some key scenes in the movie. And from the sound of it, we can imagine that visuals where this track is used will be of high quality.

Hero Navdeep after a long gap as a hero testing his luck and came up with his thriller movie titled “Bangaru Kodi Petta”, which was directed by Raj Pippalla. Actress Swathi paired besides Navdeep for the female lead roles in this movie, which was produced by Sunitha Tati.Mahesh Shankar has scored the audio for this movie. This movie got release today with good hopes. Let’s go into the story to know whether Navdeep got succeeded or not.
Story
Navdeep introduces as Vamsi, working in an energy drinks mall as a technician cum electrician. Actress Swathi introduces as a Bhanumathi Pinisetti, who works in the same mall as a sales executive, who is being harassed by her boss Harshavardhan.
Navdeep is in love with Swathi, but she neglects him like nothing. One fine day Navdeep and Swathi plans for a robbery in their mall, as they both got fed up with their boss’s harassments. They plan to rob a van which contains gold coins and are ready to transport, as a part of contest from the mall.
Another two characters in this story will link up with pair, as a pizza delivery boy named Venu (Santosh) gets kidnapped by a gang from Bheemavaram and at the same point Dora Babu (Fight master Ram) a land lord and Yerra Babu’s (Fight Master Laxman) daughters were also kidnapped. The story is nothing but linking the characters and one point with a happy ending.
Presentation
Navadeep’s performance is too good with his acting skills, which were already proved. Swathi has also done a good role in this movie as a girl in need of money to support her family and actor Harshavardhan’s performance is quite good.
Every frame of the movie will portrays the hard work of the director, Raj Pippalla. As this story involves narrates six different characters, which will be a hard task for a director to keep the pulse of the audience in touch with the story without getting bored.
The first half of the movie seems to be confused with some lagging elements and the second half will give a clear cut view of the theme of the film. Mahesh Shankar’s music is said to be an average for this movie, while speaking about the songs, but it suited the situation with his good background score.
The last 20 minutes in this film will be too good and nicely taken by director Raj Pippalla. Fight Masters Ram Laxman’s performance is not that much attracted by the audience, as they have a single expression on their face in the entire film.
Cinematography part is good and the slow narration with lagging scenes are the major drawbacks of the film.
Verdict
No such element of action and romance in this movie, as it’s a crime thriller, which won’t be liked by the B and C class category audience. The boring first half irritates the audience with the confusing slots in the scenes.

It would have been better if a little entertainment is added in the first half to overcome the boredom scenes. The last 20 minutes of the movie will be too good, which includes some suspense, but this can’t beat out the lagged scenes of the first half.Over all Bangaru Kodipetta ia one time watcher.
